If you want to make any changes to your order after we receive signed proofs, there will be an additional charge for each change.

Copyright

All artwork and designs are copyright of Composition Cards.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any material, poems, hymns, songs etc. that is requested by the client. The client indemnifies Composition Cards against any action brought against it for breach of third parties copyright.

Data Protection

Composition Cards will not share any information you give with third parties.

Payment

A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required when placing an order. Once the order, cheque and wording requirements are received, you will be sent (or emailed) proofs for you to thoroughly check. The remaining balance is due on acceptance of the final proofs and must be paid in full before work continues. Proofs must be signed, dated and returned to Composition Cards. Once proofs and final payment are received, confirmation of receipt will be sent by email or post and the order will be completed. Please make cheques payable to ‘Hildie Martin’. Any order total under $100.00 must be paid in full by cheque at the time of order.

Delivery

This will be agreed at the time of order; however, this will be affected by late return of proofs. Composition Cards will deliver the order locally for an additional fee or the client can pick the order up.

Our Products

As wedding stationery items are handmade, the client accepts there will be slight variations between items. Colours of card stock may be chosen by the client before or after the initial consultation. The client is asked to bring samples of colours with them for the consultation. For invitation cards and thank you cards requiring photos, the client is asked to bring a cd of selected photos along with them to the consultation.

Proofs

While we take every care in producing your proofs, it is the responsibility of the client to proof read any text prior to printing. Proofs must be signed, dated and returned or confirmed via email. Once the proofs have been signed off, any further alterations may incur an additional charge.

Timescales

Since the cards are handmade, work can take up to 6 weeks to complete from the time we receive your signed proofs. Your stationery should be ordered 4-6 months before your wedding date. This is especially so if your wedding coincides with peak seasons, normally spring/summer.
